Payment & Fund Verification
Your payment against WOTTNIG’s commercial invoice is confirmed before an Authority to Release is issued, your allocation activates only once funds are verified.
Authority to Release (ATR) Filing
WOTTNIG files your Authority to Release with the terminal manager, activating your allocation at the depot.
Depot Stock Verification
Your allocation is matched against real stock in the depot’s own system, confirmed by the terminal directly, not just by WOTTNIG.
Loading Ticket Issuance
Your loading order is generated and your allocation cleared before trucks are dispatched to the depot.
Truck Gate Arrival
Your trucks arrive with a pre-validated loading ticket. Because your allocation is already logged in the terminal database, gate check-in moves without paperwork delays.
NMDPRA Permit & Ticket Validation
Gate security validates your loading ticket alongside NMDPRA conveyance permits, confirming statutory compliance before loading begins.
Quality Test & Compartment Check
Truck compartments are inspected for dryness, and product density and COQ parameters are verified before loading.
Metered Loading & Sealing
Volume is measured and verified at the point of loading, what you pay for is what you receive.

Every loading ticket dispute usually traces back to the same root cause: a trader who sold an allocation they don’t fully control, or paperwork that was never properly filed. That’s not how we operate.
Your volume is backed by real stock, not a resold or paper allocation.
Our Authority to Release is filed and confirmed with the depot.
Our depot account is current, with no outstanding fees that could freeze your ticket.
