Payment & Fund Verification

Your payment against WOTTNIG’s commercial invoice is confirmed before an Authority to Release is issued, your allocation activates only once funds are verified.

Authority to Release (ATR) Filing

We dispatch an official Authority to Release (ATR) directly to the specialized terminal handlers, registering your specific gas bobtail or transport skid on their manifest.

Depot Stock Verification

The host gas storage terminal reviews your allocation against live product reserves in their inventory database to guarantee physical molecule availability.

Loading Ticket Issuance

A verified loading order is generated via the terminal database, granting your transit team legal clearance to dispatch pressure vessels to the loading bay.

Truck Gate Arrival

Your transport fleet checks in at the terminal weighbridge. The truck is weighed completely empty to establish its baseline tare weight, removing administrative bottlenecks before heading to the loading bay.

NMDPRA Permit & Ticket Validation

Terminal safety personnel verify mandatory NMDPRA gas conveyance permits. The truck engine is killed, and automated electrostatic grounding clamps are locked onto the chassis alongside rigorous residual pressure checks.

Quality Test & Compartment Check

Truck compartments are inspected for dryness, and product density and COQ parameters are verified before loading.

Metered Loading & Sealing

LPG is discharged via high-precision Coriolis Mass Flow Meters to guarantee absolute weight accuracy, stopping at strict safety ullage parameters (85% volume cap) to allow for thermal expansion. Gross weight is re-verified at the exit weighbridge, and valves are sealed.

Allocations are backed by physical liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)

WOTTNIG is not primarily a speculative LPG paper trader. We leverage our marine logistics network to source bulk metric tons directly from offshore gas carriers and coastal terminals, ensuring every order is backed by physical products.

The primary bottleneck in bulk gas procurement is the presence of layered middlemen selling metric tonnes they do not legally own. WOTTNIG bypasses this broker network entirely, offering direct terminal allocations that we fully control.

Continuous operational support after payment

Settling your invoice is simply the baseline of our commitment—the real work begins during terminal execution.

The moment your funds clear, our commercial operations desk steps in to manage your gas logistics and pre-empt logistical bottlenecks.

Whether our team is pushing through weight ticket issuances, resolving unexpected terminal weighbridge stalls, or coordinating specialized pressure-vessel safety check-ins, WOTTNIG remains actively engaged behind the scenes to keep your gas bobtails and skids moving smoothly.

WOTTNIG has always been an important part of our companys LPG procurement operations for years. I love them because they optimise everything to ensure a smooth volume procurement process
